365.5/17/10: Day 134

A car wrapped in gold paper w/ a huge bow on Washington Street in Salem. Unreal. I THINK it's a Mini-Cooper (o:

365.5/13/10: Day 130

Learned the ever important lesson today that life is a fragile thing. I count my blessings a few extra times tonight. As I look at this picture hanging on my fridge, of the most important people in my life, I want you all to know how much I love you, and each of you hold a piece of my heart and soul.

365.5/12/10: Day 129

So, I "commissioned" a softball league at work - today the first pitch was thrown. So far...? A success (o:

365.5/4/10: Day 121

Getting out of work JUST in time to get in my car before the down pouring rain.

I've come to the realization that I am obsessed with the sky, it's AMAZING to me. After the storm, the clouds were laying over the whole sky like a security blanket... and the setting sun was just peaking out from underneath it, almost to give us a reminder that although we can't always see it, it's always there. It was comforting in a weird way...

Happy anniversary to my parents! The ones who are always there...

365.5/3/10: Day 120

Superman?

Yes (o:

365.5/2/10: Day 119

First grilling of the season!! Chicken & steak shish kabobs... mmmmmmmm.

365.5/1/10: Day 118

Happy May!
Saturday was a beautiful day to welcome a new month... the weather was fantastic. I grabbed this pic of a tree in Salem, love all the little bird houses (o:

Despite the great weather, we spent the majority of Saturday working on our first "home improvement" project, and it worked out great! Wasn't a huge project, but we pulled out all the gross caulking around our tub and put in new stuff. It looks 1,000 times better, and I think we felt pretty accomplished (o:
